Flora Warren

Flora was born in 1879 in Green Co., Kentucky.¹ Flora's father was Hiram T. Warren and her mother was Mary Ann Skaggs. Her maternal grandparents were Hezekiah Skaggs and Ruth Dezarn. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Henry, William, Lindsey, Everett, Hattie and Rachel. She was the oldest of the seven children.
