Hobert V. Vandever 
Hobert V. was born in 1915 in Cumberland Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1920. Hobert V.'s father was James W. Vandever and his mother was Sarah 'Betty' Elizabeth Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Drury Simmons and Emma Seales. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James Ray, Edgar J., Mae and Violet. He was the youngest of the five children.General Notes
