Walter Thurman

Walter was born on February 17th, 1919.¹ Walter's father was Emmett Thomas Thurman and his mother was Mary O. Skaggs. His maternal grandparents were James Thomas Skaggs and Diney Leora Lewis. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Chester Howard, Bernard R., Thomas Earnest, Floyd M., Lloyd, Merty, Nancy, Virginia J., Elsie Mae, Edna Otha and Opal. He died at the age of 70 on October 3rd, 1989.¹
