Jeremiah [@@] was born on October 2nd, 1777. Jeremiah [@@]'s father was Dozier [Sr Rev @@] Thornton and his mother was Lucy Elizabeth Hill. His paternal grandparents were Mark [Jr @@] Thornton and Susannah Elizabeth "Susan" Dozier. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin T [Sr @@], Reuben [@@], Dozier [Jr @@], Evans [@@], Jonathan M [@@], Greene [@@], Sanford [@@], Martha Ann "Patsy" [@@], Priscilla [@@], Elizabeth White [@@] and Lucy [@@]. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 70 on January 28th, 1848.-
