Roger Standish 
Roger was born in 1503 in Standish, Lancashire, England. Roger's father was Ralph Standish and his mother was Alice Harrington. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Standish and Sibyl de Bold. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Ralph, Roger Robert, Alexander, George, Anne, Agnes, Elizabeth and Jane. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 53 in 1556 in Standish, Lancashire, England.General Notes
