William Robert Skaggs 
William Robert was born on November 17th, 1888 in Kentucky.1 William Robert's father was Lewis Young Skaggs and his mother was Mary Susan Thompson. His paternal grandparents were Henry David Skaggs and Ruth S. Salsman. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Edward McClain, James Mace, George Albert, Marvin, Marcus, Florence, Darcus Ann and Flocia Carrie. He died at the age of 73 on December 22nd, 1961 in LaRue Co., Kentucky. He was buried in Corinth Cemetery, LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
