William (Bustle) Skaggs 
William, known as Bustle, was born on August 24th, 1804 in Kentucky.1 Bustle's father was William (Squire) Skaggs and his mother was Mary (Polly) Pierce. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Mary. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Fielding, Jeremiah, Stephen, Henry, Rachel, Libby, Louisa and Eliza. He was the oldest of the nine children. He had three half-sisters named Elizabeth, Polly and Nancy. He died at the age of 40 on August 9th, 1845 in Green County, Kentucky.1 -
