Thomas Skaggs

Thomas' father was Richard Thomas Skaggs and his mother was Mary Thear. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Bussell Skaggs and Ann Wollard. He had three brothers and a sister, named Aaron, Richard, James and Susannah. He was the youngest of the five children.
