Louise Katherine Skaggs 
Louise Katherine was born on August 21st, 1928.1 Louise Katherine's father was James Logan Skaggs and her mother was Frances Endora Durham. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Joseph Skaggs and Rosetta E. Bell. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Howard Elmer, Coy Edmund, John Durham, James Leaman, Marjorie Theo, Sarah Winifred and Martha Jane. She died at the age of 69 on July 13th, 1998.1 General Notes
