Sarah Samantha Elizabeth was born on September 6th, 1922 in Manchester, Coffee Co, TN. Sarah Samantha Elizabeth's father was Grover Cleveland 'Cleve' Simmons and her mother was Ervle Lawrence Lewis. Her paternal grandparents were William Anderson Simmons and Sarah Samatha Cole. She had two brothers named Adrian and David Anderson. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 82 on March 24th, 2005 in Cookeville, Putnam Co, TN.General Notes
