David Anderson Simmons 
David Anderson was born on July 26th, 1920 in Manchester, Coffee Co, TN. David Anderson's father was Grover Cleveland 'Cleve' Simmons and his mother was Ervle Lawrence Lewis. His paternal grandparents were William Anderson Simmons and Sarah Samatha Cole. He had a brother and a sister, named Adrian and Sarah Samantha Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 40 on May 10th, 1961 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.General Notes
