Walter Shipley 
Walter was born about 1869 in , Crawford County, Arkansas, USA.1 Walter's father was Benjamin Franklin Shipley and his mother was Mary Sharp Lester. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin SHIPLEY and Sarah "Sally" BURKETT. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Nathan, Samuel S., Benjamin Franklin, Harrison Edmond, Alice, Margaret and Virginia Mae. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died before 1880 in , , Arkansas, USA.2 -
