Sir John Savage 
John was born in 1493 in Clifton, Cheshire, England.1 John's father was John Savage and his mother was Anne Bostock. His paternal grandparents were John Savage and Dorothy Vernon; his maternal grandparents were Ralph Bostock and Elizabeth Dutton. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Edward, George, Lawrence, Richard, Roger, Thomas, Margaret and Anne. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 35 on July 27th, 1528.1 -
