William Elbert Russell 
William Elbert was born on February 1st, 1880 in Urbanette, Carroll Co, AR. William Elbert's father was William Hiram Russell and his mother was Mary Rachel Plumlee. His maternal grandparents were William Plumlee and Mary Polly Standlee. He had three brothers and six sisters, named James Monroe, Linzee Martin, Claud Nathan, Alice Elizabeth, Adeline C., Sarah Ellen, Clara Edith, Della Ann and Vada Denna. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 77 on March 17th, 1957 in Sebastopol, Sonoma Co, CA.General Notes
