George Cain Roberts 
George Cain was born on December 25th, 1882 in Orange Co, NC.1 George Cain's father was Francis 'Frank' Albert Roberts and his mother was Elizabeth 'Bette' Ann Crabtree. His paternal grandparents were James H. Roberts and Jane Carrington. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Eugene Cauncy, William Thomas, Chester Francis, Charlie Wesley, Allen Elbert, Clyde, Mamie Mary, Rosa Lee, Annie Viola and Myra Caviness. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 60 on April 11th, 1943 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. He was buried on April 12th, 1943 in New Sharon Methodist Church Cemetery, Hillsborough, Orange Co, NC.1 General Notes
