Clyde Roberts 
Clyde was born on February 5th, 1898 in Orange Co, NC.1 Clyde's father was Francis 'Frank' Albert Roberts and his mother was Elizabeth 'Bette' Ann Crabtree. His paternal grandparents were James H. Roberts and Jane Carrington. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Eugene Cauncy, William Thomas, George Cain, Chester Francis, Charlie Wesley, Allen Elbert, Mamie Mary, Rosa Lee, Annie Viola and Myra Caviness. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 74 on January 25th, 1973 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. He was buried on January 28th, 1973 in New Sharon Methodist Church Cemetery, Hillsborough, Orange Co, NC.1 General Notes
