Andrew Phillip Ramsey 
Andrew Phillip was born on April 21st, 1833 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. Andrew Phillip's father was Alexander Ramsey and his mother was Bethany Phillips. His paternal grandparents were James Ramsey and Margaret (Peggy) Kerr. He had two brothers and six sisters, named James, John G., Elizabeth, Margaret Jane, Mary Ann, Bethany, Sarah B. and Lucinda. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 58 on July 6th, 1891 in Webster County, Kentucky.General Notes
