Blanche Poyntz

Blanche was born in 1385 in Iron Acton, Chipping Sodbury, Gloucestershire, England. Blanche's father was Robert Poyntz and her mother was Catherine Fitz-Nichol. Her paternal grandparents were Sir John Poyntz and Elizabeth de Clanvowe. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Nicholas, Thomas, Maurice, Isabel and Joan. She was the third youngest of the six children.
