5th Earl of Northumberland Henry (The Magnificent) Algernon Percy 
Henry, known as The Magnificent, was born on January 14th, 1478 in England.1 The Magnificent's father was 4th Earl of Northumberland Henry Percy and his mother was Lady Maud of Pembroke Herbert. His paternal grandparents were Henry Percy and Eleanor Poynings; his maternal grandparents were 1st Earl of Pembroke William de Herbert and Anne Devereux. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William, Alan, Anne, Joan, Eleanor, Jocelyn and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 49 on May 19th, 1527 in England. He was buried in Beverley Minster.2 1 -
