Frank P. Pepper 
Frank P. was born on December 22nd, 1855. Frank P.'s father was Joseph E. Pepper and his mother was Emily F. Staley. His paternal grandparents were John Pepper and Mary "Polly" Robertson. He had a brother and four sisters, named Jesse N., Georgia E., Alma J., Mary R. and Pauline P.. He was the oldest of the six children.General Notes
