Ina was born on January 27th, 1889 in Clio, Wayne County, Iowa, USA.1 Ina's father was William Olry Owen and her mother was Etta Eliza Shipley. Her maternal grandparents were Richard Shipley and Sarah Ann Fisher. She had two brothers and a sister, named Murrel Richard, John William and Ella Burnette. She was the oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 67 on August 14th, 1956. She was buried in Clio, Wayne County, Iowa, USA.1 1 General Notes
