Helen Oakley 
Helen was born in 1920 in NC. Helen's father was James Spencer Oakley and her mother was Josie Weaver. Her maternal grandparents were Raynor W. Weaver and Sylvester 'Vesta' Mae Roberts. She had a brother and three sisters, named William Douglas, Grace G., Margaret Frances and Ruby. She was the second youngest of the five children.General Notes
