William Frank Newton 
William Frank was born on January 10th, 1886 in , , Arkansas, USA.1 William Frank's father was Stephan A. Newton and his mother was Nancy Elizabeth Sutton. His paternal grandparents were William Newton and Hanna Rette Shipley. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Lewis Edward, Clyde Elga, Albert, Alta J., Minta, Effie and Cora Ellen. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 63 on March 28th, 1949. He was buried in Gore Cemetery, Gore, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, USA.1 1 General Notes
