Camp Plummer Newell 
Camp Plummer was born on November 11th, 1797 in Warren Co. North Carolina.1 Camp Plummer's father was Peter Newell and his mother was Susannah Durham. His maternal grandparents were William Durham and Margaret Colclough. He had a brother and three sisters, named James, *Nancy, Mary and Elizabeth. He had four half-brothers named Thomas, Durham, John and Gatewood. He died at the age of 79 on June 12th, 1877 in Carrollton, Carroll Co. Mississippi.1 General Notes
