Meredith Jefferson was born on February 5th, 1802 in Virginia. Meredith Jefferson's father was Captain William NORMAN Sr. and his mother was Mary BROWNING. His maternal grandparents were Jacob Francis Browning and Elizabeth BYWATERS. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, William, Caleb, Polly and Agnes.
