He had six brothers and six sisters, named Art, Amos Garth, Lawrence S., Burl F., Frank, Merle G., Jennie O., Audrey E., Altie V., Alice M., Carrie E. and Clare. He was the youngest of the thirteen children. He died in 1909. He was buried in Mt. Hope Cem., Tremont, Tazewell Co., IL..General Notes
