Frances Cordelia was born on December 27th, 1901 in Virginia. Frances Cordelia's father was Tom Or Tommy (Tom Or Tommy) Jr. and her mother was Mary Belle WILLIS. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Thomas NORMAN Sr. and Frances Cordelia STEWART. She had ten brothers and four sisters, named Edward Stewart, Absalom Willis, Infant, Joseph Thomas, John Thomas, James Francis, Andrew Jackson, Alexander Gordon, William Everett, Frank Roland, Mary Lee, Nellie Virginia, Sallie Lewis and Bertha Gordon. She was the eighth oldest of the fifteen children. She died at the age of 54 on April 16th, 1956.-
