James Allen MURROW 
James Allen was born on April 24th, 1856 in Millport, Knox Co., Missouri.1 James Allen's father was Nicholas Wallingford MURROW and his mother was Hester Ann OWENS. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Wallingford MURROW and Elizabeth MORRIS. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin Franklin, Charles Wallingford, William Riley, George Falconer, Mary Elizabeth, Emily Francis and Sarah Allis. He was the second youngest of the eight children.-
