Margaret "Peggy" Laird 
Margaret "Peggy" was born about 1816 in Kentucky. Margaret "Peggy"'s father was James Laird and her mother was Jane Kerr. Her maternal grandparents were James Kerr and Jane Robertson. She had four brothers and three sisters, named James Kerr Jr., David, John, Nathaniel, Jane, Anna and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the eight children.General Notes
