Theodore was born in 1904 in OR . Theodore 's father was Arthur J. LANGELE and his mother was Minnie OLIVER . His maternal grandparents were Elbert Wells OLIVER and Louisa E. McKINLEY. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Marion, Earl, Bert, Rosie, Myrtle , Alda , Goldie and Sylvia . He was the third youngest of the nine children.-
