Christopher Kempe

Christopher was born in 1495 in Ollantigh, Par, Wye, Kent, England.¹ Christopher's father was Thomas Kempe and his mother was Emeline Chiche. His paternal grandparents were William Kempe and Alice Scott; his maternal grandparents were Valentine Chiche and Phillipa Chichley. He had four brothers and a sister, named William, William, Andrew, Richard and Cecelia. He was the youngest of the six children.
