John Everett was born on December 29th, 1926 in Cherokee Co, NC. John Everett's father was John Everett Hogsed and his mother was Bessie Isabelle Roberts. His maternal grandparents were John D. Roberts and Ollie Coleman. He had five brothers and a sister, named William Garland, Frank, Marshall Sylvester, Boyd, Willard Herman and Ivalle Loudis. He died at the age of 68 on January 28th, 1995 in Cherokee Co, NC. He was buried in Bear Paw Church Cemetery, Cherokee Co, NC.General Notes
