Willard George Higgs 
Willard George was born on September 2nd, 1910 in McLean Co, KY. Willard George's father was Victor 'Val' T. Higgs and his mother was Mary Etta Morgan. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had three brothers named Morgan, Thurman M. and Clifford. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 65 on May 30th, 1976 in Calhoun, Mclean Co, KY.General Notes
