Morgan Higgs 
Morgan was born in 1905 in McLean Co, KY and his baptism took place in Census 1910. Morgan's father was Victor 'Val' T. Higgs and his mother was Mary Etta Morgan. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had three brothers named Willard George, Thurman M. and Clifford. He was the oldest of the four children.General Notes
