Michael L. Higgs 
Michael L. was born on October 7th, 1958 in Chandler, Pike Co, IN. Michael L.'s father was Robert Emit Higgs and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Nall. His paternal grandparents were John Melvin Higgs and Mary Carrie Worthington. He was an only child. He died at the age of 35 on April 11th, 1994 in Chandler, Pike Co, IN. He was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Chandler, Pike Co, IN.General Notes
