Eura L. was born in 1919 in MO and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Eura L.'s father was James Monroe Higgs and his mother was Effie B. Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had two brothers and a sister, named Leonard Marvin, Carl J. and Naomi A.. He was the youngest of the four children.General Notes
