Carl J. Higgs 
Carl J. was born on February 16th, 1914 in MO and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Carl J.'s father was James Monroe Higgs and his mother was Effie B. Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had two brothers and a sister, named Leonard Marvin, Eura L. and Naomi A.. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 66 in June 1980 in Saint Peters, Saint Charles Co, MO.General Notes
