Charles Wayne was born on July 27th, 1943 in Muhlenberg Co, KY. Charles Wayne's father was James Delmont Higgs and his mother was Gwendolyn J. Lamastus. His paternal grandparents were Robert Emmitt Higgs and Ethel Neighbors. He had a sister named Patsy. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 45 on December 27th, 1988 in Vicksburg, Kalamazoo Co, MI.General Notes
