Elizabeth Karr Givens 
Elizabeth Karr was born on April 23rd, 1839 in Kentucky. Elizabeth Karr's father was Nathaniel Karr Givens and her mother was Jane Hopkins "Jennie" Givens. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas G. Givens and Elizabeth (Betsy) Kerr. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas C., James Karr, Dickson, Usibia "Siba", Martha and Frances "Fanny" B.. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 54 on July 4th, 1893.General Notes
