Mary Lou Garton

Mary Lou was born on July 6th, 1916 in , Wayne County, Iowa, USA.¹ Mary Lou's father was Gilbert Hollister Garton and her mother was Lucy Lucinda Carter. Her paternal grandparents were George Washington Garton and Mary Susan Shipley. She had three brothers and a sister, named George R., Merle Eugene, Earnest Raymond and Helen Mae. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 43 on March 11th, 1960.¹
