Edward Garton 
Edward was born on June 9th, 1882 in , Wayne County, Iowa, USA.1 Edward's father was George Washington Garton and his mother was Mary Susan Shipley. His maternal grandparents were Richard Shipley and Julinda Windom. He had five brothers and a sister, named William Preston, Allen Dale, Gilbert Hollister, Samuel Franklin, Telford Hal and [--?--]. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 52 on September 26th, 1934 in Iowa City, Johnson County, Iowa, USA.
