John Henry GIESLER 
John Henry was born in 1847 in Maries Co. MO. John Henry's father was Ely GIESLER and his mother was Charlotte SKAGGS. His maternal grandparents were Henry SKAGGS and Elizabeth NOBLETT. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Alfred, Asa Skaggs, Martin, Letha Ellen and Martha. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 41 on September 7th, 1888. He was buried in Pinnell Cemetery, Lanes Prairie, Maries Co. MO.1 General Notes
