William Foster 
William was born in 1845. William's father was William Williamson P. Foster and his mother was Sarah Harrelson Montgomery. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Foster and Mary "Polley" Harrelson. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Felix Allen, James W., William H., Henry Thomas, Martha A., Mazuria A, Sallie Ella, Parthena Harrelson, Carrie Lee and Nannie R.. He was the oldest of the eleven children.-
