Thomas Richard "Dickie" was born on February 22nd, 1879 in Glasgow, Barren Co ,Kentucky.1 Thomas Richard "Dickie"'s father was Thomas Crittenden Foster and his mother was Mary Ellen Collins. His paternal grandparents were Austin Foster and Lucinda Boyd. He had a brother and two sisters, named Robert " Taylor ", Lillian Catherine and Mollie Beatrice Bea. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had six half-sisters named Mary Alice, Emily, Trevelle Valentine "Missie", Mary "Della", Pocahontus H and Dora Isis. He died at the age of 48 on April 23rd, 1927 in Louisville ,Jefferson Co, Kentucky, United States. He was buried in May 1927 in Cave Hill Cemetery , Louisville, Jefferson Co Ky.1 -
