Robert Keltner was born on March 9th, 1919 in Newton, Arkansas, United States. Robert Keltner's father was Pulliam J Foster and his mother was Barbara Jane Sutton. His paternal grandfather was William Thomas Foster. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Ire, Arthur Mitchell, Hester Hosanna, Vestie Lee, Leathy May and Mary Alice. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 47 on April 4th, 1966.-
