Ida was born on June 21st, 1909 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY, US.1 Ida's father was James Edward Foster and her mother was Bedie Gassaway. Her paternal grandparents were George Henry Foster and Sarah Ann Elizabeth Gray. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Roger H, Eugene "Gene", Almond, Cecil D., Lucille W and May. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 2 on November 18th, 1911 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY, US.-
