Herbert Price Foster 
Herbert Price was born on February 28th, 1897 in Kentucky.1 Herbert Price's father was Elzie V. Foster and his mother was Lucretia "Lou Ella" Wells. His paternal grandparents were Joseph H Foster and China Margaret Ritter. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Flemon G, Claud, Walter T, Lura Bell and Nora Moss. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 74 on October 29th, 1971 in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana, United States of America.2 -
