Ester Pauline was born on January 16th, 1893 in Davie County, NC.1 Ester Pauline's father was Zenus Dewitt Foster and her mother was Sarah Ellen Howard. Her paternal grandparents were William M Foster and Emeline Potts. She had five brothers and five sisters, named George W, William Benjamin, Kelly Franklin, Albert Simeon, Ernest Hobson, Jennie, Mattie, Notie Esidore Isadore, Carrie Viola and Mary Ellen. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 79 on February 23rd, 1972 in Winston-Salem, Forsyth, North Carolina. She was buried in February 1972 in New Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery Forsyth Co NC.1 -
