Elizabeth was born in 1794 in Clifton, Accomack, Virginia, United States. Elizabeth's father was James Parish Foster and her mother was Martha (Patsy) HUMPHREY. Her paternal grandparents were James Foster and Elizabeth Parish. She had two brothers and a sister, named Bartlett, Male and Susan J. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 66 in 1860 in Barren, Kentucky, United States.-
