Cleo Eugene was born on November 17th, 1923 in Coweta, Wagoner, Oklahoma, United States.1 Cleo Eugene's father was Clarence Allen Foster and his mother was Grace Victoria Webb. His paternal grandparents were John Humble Foster and Sarah Jane Mahan. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Clarence Russell, Glen Buford, Elbert Flay, Edna May and Anna B. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 64 on September 24th, 1988 in Josephine, Oregon. He was buried on September 28th, 1988 in Eagle Point National Cemetery,Jackson County ,Oregan.1 -
